I have been searching for the perfect wedding party gift for the past few months. I was getting very discouraged that time was running out and I was unable to find something personable to give to the bridal party. I came across your website and was scrolling through and saw "Crystal Engraving". I entered and saw so many different gifts. I was mostly drawn to the engraved frames. I was so please that a personal message could be inscribed. I thought to myself that this would be such an unusual gift to give. I didn't want to give your typical gifts, so I thought that this would be it.
I placed the order on July 6^th and I just received them today (July 15^th). I can't express how pleased I am with the fast response and the beautiful work done on the frames.    I received my order on the morning of the 21st. All of the glasses were in perfect condition, and there was no error in the engraving. I was surprised to see how much better they looked than they had in the picture on the web.   All of the seniors really appreciated their gifts, and everyone was surprised that we could afford to get such nice gifts on our house budget.
     I want to thank you for such wonderful communication and thoughtfulness. It's really nice to know that your company does care about its customers. I like the way the page with the shipping choices looks - easy to get to, read, and understand.

In a world where complaints seems to be the normal...which is sad...I just thought you should know that your products AND customer service are beyond any I've encountered, especially on a website, and to be honest is what I grew up with. What a shame that your high quality product and service is no longer the norm as it once was...but now the exception!

My sister (who I bought these gifts for) swears by your products and I couldn't agree more....we have now outfitted her with SEVERAL sets of monogrammed glasses & platters and have just recently visited "home" to see them.....they sit proudly in the china cabinet for all to see and you'll be happy to know that she gets more compliments on them....and of course we tell everyone where we got them! Your quality can not be touched...and I do mean that...I've had other things done in the past, and even here in Illinois where you can get anything...it didn't compare!

You should be seeing me again soon...I might treat myself to an item or two! After seeing some of the gifts we've given Alex...well for a 24 year old she is all decked out in barware! But she does love it...

Several months ago I ordered a crystal ice bucket, which arrived with the monogramming appearing much less than perfect. I contacted you to resolve the situation, which you immediately did.
