Get some paint or felt pens to write your personal details on these tags. Make sure the pens or paint you purchase are permanent and will not scrap away at the slightest of contact. Having done this you should then proceed to write your contact details legibly.

Using string or metal wire you must then attempt to attach the tags. This part of the process should not be difficult as it involves fastening the tags to the bags as securely as possible.
