Welcome to Wealthwood Gifts Inc. We truly hope you will enjoy your shopping experience with us. The following information is intended to help communicate what you can expect from us. In return, we hope you will be a satisfied customer and pass on our name to your friends and acquaintances.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service for any reason.  Any of the following options are available.

  • Replace the defective product or improper personalization, due to our mistake, at no cost to you.

  • Give you a customer service discount.

  • Return the product to us within 30 days from the date the product was received and your money will be refunded. This includes "personalized" products.

    Customer Privacy
    We, at Wealthwood Gifts Inc, are committed to protecting your personal information, credit card information and your personal privacy.

  • Your credit card information, billing name and address, e-mail address and telephone number will not be sold or given to anyone. 

  • We do not compile statistics about our customers. We treat each customer individually.

  • We do pass on your shipping address (Nothing else) to our vendors so they can ship directly to you.

  • We do not archive your credit card information on our computers with the order information.  Credit card processing is a completely separate process and does not include the complete credit card number.  The only place the credit card number is stored is manually on each order.  Paper orders are secured.

  • No credit information will be given to anyone for any reason.   Transmission of credit card information will be done securely to prevent unauthorized access.  Data files and paperwork are controlled at our offices to prevent unauthorized access.

  • We will send you e-mails only for coordinating the processing of your order.  You will not receive emails from us for any other reason.  We will not give or sell your email information to anyone.

Please follow the procedure below to make certain your refund is promptly handled.

  • Ship the product to us at Wealthwood Gifts Inc, 38809 240th Street, Aitkin, MN 56431.

  • Indicate the reason for return (We want it so we can improve service.)

  • Include who you are and any customer or order number information you have in the package.

  • We will process your merchandise refund within 2-3 business days. Credit card refunds will appear on your next statement or the following statement depending on timing between the return processing and when your credit card billing is processed.

Payment Processing

  • We offer MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for your convenience.
  • We have strict credit processing procedures to protect our customers. We validate your name and address so make sure you give us the name and address as shown on your credit card billing statement.
  • If we experience a problem clearing your credit card, we will notify you via E-mail, phone or regular mail as to the nature of the problem. You can give us another method of payment, wait and retry clearing the payment or cancel the order.
  • Check payments for orders are accepted.  We will hold your order until the check is received before processing.
  • We offer our corporate, business and intuitional customers the option of ordering with a purchase order.  Terms are net 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.  Invoices are sent shortly after the product ships. We may obtain a D&B report on a first order depending on the order size.

    Out of Stock Items
    Occasionally the item you order may be out of stock.  You have the option of waiting for the backorder stock to arrive, choosing another product or canceling your order.  We will notify you if this happens.

We are saving trees!  We don't have a paper catalog.  We have gone 100% electronic.  All of the products available are shown on the web site.  Email us if you want something you don't see and we will try to find it.

Web Site Errors
We make every effort to keep our web site up to date and correct.  If there is an error on the web site, we will inform you before we process the order.  You have the option of accepting the change or canceling your order.
