Marble/Granite Gifts FAQ

Here is some information on how things work and what is available for your marble and granite awards orders. Email us or call us at (218) 678-3831 if your question isn't answered.
Wealthwood Gifts Benefits	Free shipping on USA orders over $50 (A minimum savings of $9.95 per order). Gifts are delivered in less than 2 weeks. Expediting service is available (Usually results in higher shipping costs). Repeat customers receive a 10% discount on future orders.
Production Process	Here are the steps and the process we go through to complete your order including approximate time frames. Receive and enter order by noon the next business day. Send order, layout and artwork to the factory. Inventory is reserved and production scheduled for completion within 3-5 business days. The order is shipped to your designated shipping address via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made. We email the tracking number to you. This step takes 1-5 business days depending on the shipping address. You receive and inspect the order. Let us know if there is anything needing attention. The overall process takes less than 2 calendar weeks unless there is a delay with layouts.
	All items are attractively packaged in a cream gift box that is suitable for presentation and strong enough to ensure maximum protection. A romance card is inserted with each package.
Color Fill	All carvings are permanently filled with a gold, silver or bronze enamel.
Artwork	If you want an image engraved, the file you send us must be clean, black and white artwork (no shades of gray) in Adobe .eps, .ai or .tif format and vector based. Other artwork, that does not meet the above specifications, may be provided, however a nominal charge of $20 will be added to your order. Artwork kept on file forever for future orders. Opposite (Second) Side Etching	There is a $16.00 charge for each piece to engrave a secondary position.
Oversized Carvings	There is an additional charge of $6.75 per award for carving outside of the stated area.
Monograms	There is a $5.75 charge for each monogram. There is no setup charge for monogram (no logos or text) orders. Monogram styles are shown on left.
Quality Expectations	Marble, granite and onyx are natural products and that significant variations in color, texture, veining and surface cracks (fissures) will occur and are acceptable. All items are hand-crafted and slight variations in size and shape will occur and are acceptable. Variations in the texture of the carved area will likewise occur and are acceptable.
Production Time	Normal: Approximately 2 calendar weeks for all USA orders. Rush Orders: We can expedite orders, however, keep in mind that there is a 1-2 day minimum turnaround time for artwork plus a 3-5 day turnaround for the etching. Usually time is gained on expediting shipping. Call us at (218) 678 3831 if you need a rush order.
Shipping	Normal shipments are shipped via UPS ground. This takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. Email or call us for specific delivery times for your location. Second day air is available for a flat rate of $25.00. Next day air is charged at our actual cost. You can use your FEDEX number for shipping if desired. Shipping to Canada is UPS Ground only. Guarantee	All reasonable defects in workmanship will gladly be replaced at no charge.
