1. What are Fantasigns
FantaSigns are unique art prints where you get to fantasize about owning
your own restaurant, pool hall, or even a circus. Well now you can! But
FantaSigns just don't stop at the Walter Mitty's of the business world,
we also create unusual images for the theater fans, golfer, and many, many
more other interesting hobbies and lifestyles where a nostalgic neon sign
can be created to reflect your what ever your imagination can dream up.
2. How are FantaSigns created?
We take advantage of 21st Century technology to create your Fantasign®.
As the future approaches we will be able to customize much more of our lives.
Each FantaSign is created individually, with care and precision, to give
you the finest custom art print possible.
The process begins by designing and creating the FantaSigns. This is done
by artist, Photo-realist painter
Anthony
Ross. Anthony has taken what he has done for years on the canvas and
has used knowledge and experience to created these memorable images using
a variety of computer programs, from Strata CX to Photoshop.
Each design goes through a rigorous process which has taken as much as 175
hours on a single image to get it just right. Once the final design is approved
we put the new FantaSign online for you to view.
3. What quality can I expect in the print and
paper used?
State-of-the-art equipment is used to create your FantaSigns. We are proud
to use the finest Apple Macintosh® equipment, the G5 series for the creation
stage, and the print is made with an Epson® 9600 printers. Paper prints
are printed on Premium Heavyweight RC based Gloss Paper. Each print uses
Epson's proprietary UltraChrome Inks. The 7 ink system gives you the color
quality and life expectancy (estimated over 85+ years) which can't be matched
by desktop or 4 color lithograph printing methods. Giclee (pronounced "zhee-clay")
is a French word meaning "a spraying of ink". With the advent of giclee,
the art of reproducing fine art has become even more precise. Giclee's have
the highest apparent resolution available today -- as high as 1,800 dpi.
In addition, since no screens are used, the prints have a higher apparent
resolution than lithographs and a color range that exceeds that of serigraphy.
Displaying a full color spectrum, giclee prints capture every nuance of
an original and have gained wide acceptance from artists and galleries throughout
the world.
4. What if I hate my FantaSign and want my money
back?

Your happiness with your order is our number one concern and we will do
everything we can to make your purchase a fun and happy experience. If for
any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please don't hesitate to

5. What are the steps in the production
of my FantaSign?
First just look through the catalog section of this website to see which
FantaSign catches your eye. Then make your selection. In the product ordering
page you will be asked to choose a name to put on your sign (Most signs).
This can be a given name or a nickname. Most signs do not allow more than
one or two words in the name section. Then you will be prompted to create
your special marquee. Take a minute to think about this. What would you
like to say, about yourself or, if it is for a gift, about the person receiving
the FantaSign. Often people have used this marquee section to acknowledge
a special date or event . Some like to include the names of family members
or pets. Let your imagination go on this, and have some fun with it, we
will print (almost) anything. Then fill out the required contact information
and payment. Once we receive your order we start the production.
6. How soon can I expect to receive my FantaSign?
Depending on how many orders are pending, we can usually fulfill your order
within five to ten working days plus shipping.
7. How often are new FantaSigns created?
Check back every couple of weeks. We are constantly creating new FantaSigns.

8. Can I get my FantaSign framed?
Yes, a quality moderately priced frame wood frame (made in the USA). No
matting is included, if you prefer a matted framed print we feel a
local framer would be better able to help you.
