• How do I enter initials?
  Monogrammed initials are presented in different sequences as shown in the Standard Scripting Styles below in styles 1 through 6 and 20.  When ordering please give us the initials in the exact order you want them to appear on the item.

• What if I want a different engraving style than offered with the item?

• What if I want more or less than 3 initials?
  Yes we can do that depending on the style.  See the Standard Scripting Styles below.

• What if I want to do a poem, verse or something other than what is shown?
  Not a problem.  You can do whatever you like.  There are 2 font styles to pick from.  Style 50 allows more lines and has a handwriting type font.   Style 60 is limited to 4 lines and is more of a type font.  See the Standard Scripting Styles below.

• Does the price include engraving?
  Yes it does.  No surprises!  There are no extra or hidden charges except shipping (Free shipping on USA orders over $50.00).

• Can you do a logo or an image?
  Yes we can.  You can create your very own custom engraving.  You provide the artwork and the layout and we do the rest. Artwork must be a clean black and white camera ready vector art images, in and .ai or .eps file to avoid artwork clean up charges. We will let you know if artwork
  charges apply. Please Email us at or call us at 218-678-3831.  No set up charges on our crystal and glassware items when camera ready artwork is provided.

• How do I enter more than one monogram or name on the same item?
  Change the quantity to the number you want.  Enter all of the monograms or names in the "engraving information" space provided separated by a comma.

• How is the engraving positioned?
  All items will be engraved to fit the  space available and centered in the available space.  Smaller items will be engraved with a smaller size and a larger item will be engraved with a larger size. 

• Will you give me a discount if I order several items?
  If you order 10 or more of the same item on the same order we discount 10%.  Please Email us at or call us at 218-678-3831 for larger orders.

• What if I want a different kind of gift wrap?
  At the present time we are only offering the blue gift wrap.  It is a heavy, rich looking wrapping material and fits well with all occasions.

• Do you sell your items without engraving?
  Yes we do.  We will discount items without engraving by 10%.  Select Style 1 and enter "no engraving" in the engraving information area.  Also, put a note in the "special instructions" area of the shopping cart when you check out.   We will confirm the discount via an email.  We will be providing the "no engraving" option when we update the pages.

Standard Scripting Styles

Casual	The B is the initial of the last name or surname (i.e. John Kingsley Baker). Only looks good with 3 initials.
Roman	The B is the initial of the last name or surname (i.e. John Kingsley Baker). Use for 1, 2, 3 or 4 initials.
Panel	The B is the initial of the last name or surname (i.e. John Kingsley Baker). Only looks good with 3 initials.
Diamond	The B is the initial of the last name or surname (i.e. John Kingsley Baker). Only looks good with 1 or 3 initials. (Note: We do not recommend the letters I, J, L & T in the Diamond Monogram Style)
Stagger	The B is the initial of the last name or surname (i.e. John Kingsley Baker). Use for 1, 2, 3 or 4 initials.
Old English	Use one initial only.  Usually the last name.
Script Monogram	The M is the initial of the last name or surname (i.e. Beverly Jane Mallory ). Only looks good with 1 or 3 initials. More expensive because it is labor intensive
Names & date w/bouquet	Names and date with surrounding bouquet. Engraved in this typeface only. Date optional Usually used with sets of 2 flutes with one name on one flute and the other name on the other flute
Names & Date Only	Names & date engraved in this type face only. Date optional Usually used with sets of 2 flutes with one name on one flute and the other name on the other flute
Wedding Invitations, Poems, Phrases Verses, etc.	Be creative!  Any poem, saying, verse, invitation, slogan, etc.  Type style used is a handwriting like font.  Standard engraving includes the swirly images shown. See logo's below if you want any other images. 20-25 lines depending on the space available on the item.
Names or up to 4 lines of custom type.	Use this style for all engraving that doesn't fit into the other styles. Engrave up to four lines of custom type.  Maximum characters per line is 20-25.  All type is set in the typeface as shown (Same typeface as Style #40).  Size of type to our artists' discretion.
Logo's, Images	Most any logo, image will work. Must be black and white to avoid art charges. Provide .ai or .eps, image via email No set up charges. Paper proof must be approved before engraving is done.
