- What can I have engraved?
Any combination of text, images or logo's that you want. Also, you can include individual names as part of the engraving for each item.
- What are the standard font styles available?
We will match your request as closely as possible. You will be able to see the result via a paper proof before production begins. If you want a different font than we have available, you will have to provide a disk with the fonts included on it.
- What do you need for artwork?
The ideal is black and white using a .eps, .tif or .jpg file type. If possible provide a black and white image. Otherwise, send us what you have and we will convert it, there may be an artwork charge. We will let you know if there will be additional charges before beginning production.
- How do I get the custom text, logo or image to you?

Does the price include engraving?
Yes it does for normal situations. If you want to do a logo on both sides of an item there is an extra charge of $6.00 per item. If you want to change the text (like a name) on each piece there is an extra $7.50 charge per item. There are no other extra charges except shipping on orders less than $50. There is no setup fee.
- How long does it take to deliver my order?
Usually less than 2 weeks after receipt of an approved paper proof. We will let you know if there is going to be any delays. If you want to order during the Christmas season, we will need to have the proof approved before December 1st.
- What is a paper proof?
A paper proof is an actual size depiction of your engraving request as it will appear on the item you order. An approved paper proof must be received before we will begin production. Provide a fax number with your order.
- Can you do artwork on both sides of an item?
Yes we can, there will be an extra charge of $6.00 per item. If there is additional artwork involved, there will be another set up charge.
- Can you do monograms?
Yes we can, see the information section at the bottom of each product page.
- How is the engraving positioned?
All items will be engraved to fit the space available and centered in the available space. Smaller items will be engraved with a smaller size and a larger item will be engraved with a larger size.
- What if I have multiple logo's or images?
Yes you can have multiple logos or images without an extra charge.
