Customer Satisfaction	You must be completely satisfied with your order. We will correct our errors or defects free of charge or refund your money upon return of the undesired merchandise. Once you approve the paper proof, we are responsible for matching the proof as shown. Please check the proof carefully for correctness. By the way, our return rate on promotional products is less than one half of 1%. We fix problems fast. If you don't think so call Ken or Mary (co-owners) at 218 678 3831.
Production Process	Here are the steps and the process we go through to complete your order including approximate time frames. Receive and enter order by noon the next business day. Receive and review layout and artwork. If there are any initial concerns we will email or call you. If artwork cleanup is needed, we will contact you. There is a $20 charge for artwork cleanup. Artwork clean up will add an extra day to the process. Send order, layout and artwork to the factory. Inventory is reserved and production scheduled within 2-3 business days. We will contact you quickly if there is an out of stock situation. Receive a paper proof from the art department, review it, and fax (or email if requested) it to you for your approval. This takes 1-2 business days. Receive changes or approval from you. If changes are needed, we repeat the artwork process until it is the way you want it (This may delay production schedule). The order is sent to the factory for production. The order is shipped to your designated shipping address via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made. We email the tracking number to you. This step takes 1-5 business days depending on the shipping address. You receive and inspect the order. Let us know if there is anything needing attention. The overall process takes less than 2 calendar weeks unless there is a delay with layouts or artwork.
Shipping Information	Orders are shipped by UPS ground. Second Day Air and Next Day Air are available at our cost or use your FEDEX account number to be billed directly.
Payment Options	Wealthwood's accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover credit cards. We pre-authorize the card at order entry time to validate the name, address and funds are reserved for 5 working days. The actual charge to the card is done 1 or 2 days after the order has shipped. Also, we accept purchase orders. Larger orders may be checked with D&B and/or we may ask for references. Terms are net 30 days and invoiced after the order has shipped.

Deboss & Foil Stamping	Deboss Depression of an image into the leather with a die, so the image sits below the product surface. Foil Stamping Method of color printing on leather using thin metallic or pigmented film applied with heat and a die.
Run Charges	Run charges are an additional charge per item and are added to the base price of the item. (If you order a $30.00 item and the run charge is $3.00, your item cost becomes $33.00 each) Deboss, foil stamp and engraved plate application to individual pieces of product is labor intensive for application to leather and varies depending on the method and the size of the product and of the die for the image. Therefore the run charges vary depending on the method and size of application. Deboss run charges vary from $2.00/item to $6.00/item. Foil Stamp run charges vary from $3.00/item to $8.00/item. Engraved plate run charges vary from $6.00/item to $9.50/item. The actual charges for an item are shown on each product page.
Setup Charges	Deboss and foil stamping all require the creation of a magnesium die. The setup charge covers the cost of adjusting the image to the correct size and then creating a die. Setup charges are $150.00 per product for the first order and $50.00 per order for repeat orders for the same product. If you order more than one product, there will be a set up charge for each product ordered. Each product has different setup requirements and die charges. There is no extra charge if the exact same die can be used on more than one product. Call or Email us if this is an issue.
Samples	Samples (with a random logo) are provided free of charge provided they are returned to us, otherwise you will be billed at half of the item cost. We can provide a sample with your logo but the setup, item cost, artwork and run charges apply (same as ordering 1 item). For high quantity and/or high dollar orders, we may strongly encourage a sample with your logo on it to make absolutely sure that everything is perfect. Easier and less frustrating for all than re-doing an expensive order if anything should be wrong. We won't charge you any setup charges for the real order.
Quantity Discounts	Quantity discounts are shown for each item. Enter the quantity you want and select the appropriate price range. Repeat customer discounts apply to your merchandise total including setup and run charges.
Artwork	Logo's require camera ready artwork which is a file sent to us via email. To avoid an artwork clean up charge of $20.00, the artwork must be black and white (not shades of gray), Adobe .eps or .ai file types, density of at least 600 dpi and vector based. Since having your logo in our format (and in black and white) is a common problem, we have found a low cost source to help make this step easy. We can do the artwork clean up for $20.00 for most file types including .jpg. Imbedded artwork in word processing files won't work, nor will faxed images. We keep your artwork on file forever so it will only need to be done once. If we lose it, we will not charge you for recreating it. Please Email what you have and we will let you know what need's to be done.
Packaging Information	Most leather products (except large bulky items) are packaged with the blue box shown below and the distinctive Royce trademark shown in the lower right hand corner. We don't usually gift wrap promotional products, but let us know if it is a requirement.
Text Only (No Logo)	If you want a text only deboss, foil stamp or engraved plate monograms, full name personalization or your company name without a logo, there are different ways of meeting your needs depending on your requirements. Each item page shows which options are available for that item. When the text is the same on all items and fits in one line there is a $50.00 setup charge and the standard run charges apply. The $50.00 setup charge applies every time the text changes. The setup charge applies separately for each product. Personalization with monograms or full names can be done two ways. Use the die setup charge and standard run charges or use a different "personalization" charge and not have a setup charge. Since the personalization charges vary by product and method (from $12.00/item to $22.00/item), please call us at 218-678-3831 or Email us at for help in deciding which is the best alternative for your situation. We will email you a firm quote based upon your individual needs. If you want less than 5 items, we suggest ordering the item from our personalized gifts area by finding the product on the Personalized Leather Gifts pages or use the search feature at the bottom of the page, enter the item number you want and select the "personalized" page. Monogram and Full Name Personalization Options: Fonts available for Deboss and Foil Stamp. Available in upper case only. Please call or Email us if you have a different font requirement. We either will have it in stock or can get most fonts for no charge. If we can't we will let you know.
Engraved Plates Information	Personalization or your logo engraved using jewelry quality diamond ornamental plates. This option is not available on all items. Each item page will have it as an ordering option if it is available for that item. Plate Sized to fit available space and requested engraving. Available with or without oxidizing Oxidizing makes the engraving a darker shade as shown on the Rebecca O'hara, XYZ company logo, and Ricoh examples shown above. All others are standard engraving. Filled in or Outline options for logo's The R in the Ricoh example is filled in and the rest of the letters in Ricoh are in outline format. The same approach can be used for a logo. Fonts available for monograms and names for Engraved Plates The font name is shown to the left of each example. These are the only fonts available for engraved plates.
Custom Products	Yes, we can handle most custom order requests. The average cost to produce a custom sample is $250.00. Please call or Email us with your requirements and we can produce a custom sample. We will let you know the actual cost before beginning production. Custom samples are not returnable.
