Next, you would choose the actual facing on which the inscription is typed. Typically these are in bronze but you can usually change for silver or something else to either match the base or even match your budget.

In addition, many companies will be able to add your company or organization logo, either as part of the inscription or as a three dimensional add on.

Plaques can take anywhere from overnight to a few weeks to have the order completed, all depending on the detail ordered. Simple Plaque Awards can be ordered at the last minute for an evening function, if ordered locally, but expect to pay a rush premium.

Quantity discounts are easy to find if you are planning on ordering multiple plaques for perhaps an entire department or sports team. Because shipping costs can really add up on orders for multiple plaques made from heavier materials such as marble, you might want to limit your orders to local suppliers.
