Simply give us the new recipient’s name and we will etch a blue crystal
plaque plate and send it to you. No screws, no glue, no complicated assembly
– just slide the new plaque plate in place and you’re ready to roll.
Made from nine pounds of pure optic crystal and textured aluminum channels,
the Forte holds up to 13 names.
