Who is Wealthwood Gifts? Wealthwood Gifts Inc is an internet retail company located on the north shore of Mille Lacs lake in central Minnesota. We specialize in upscale personalized gifts, custom engraved promotional products and awards. We have a highly ethical approach to our business which has been in business since the spring of 1997 and on the Internet since December 1997. We will do what is necessary to create happy customers who will purchase products from us over and over again. You can depend on us to respond quickly and provide you a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience. Our operation functions in a "drop ship" mode, therefore we do not carry much inventory. When you place an order, our distributors are instructed to ship the product directly to you. We accept mail, on-line Internet and telephone orders. All customer interaction is E-mail, telephone or in writing. This avoids the warehousing and telephone answering service overhead associated with a "typical" store front or mail order company. We have reduced charges for shipping and handling on orders. In addition, we have a very liberal return policy (We even pay your shipping costs to return an item) and other benefits that large companies offer. We searched long and hard to find reliable distributors and manufacturers who will function responsibly.
Who's Who at Wealthwood Gifts
	Ken Johnson The original founder of the organization in 1997. His business career included many years of Information Systems management and a 10 year stint with a mail order company in the call center environment. His early retirement from the corporate world in 1996 left him looking for new challenges. After a couple of false starts with mail order, he switched to the internet retail world. The company started out with low end personalized gifts and evolved to the niche market of personalized gifts, promotional products and awards. Now, he manages the business and is the on site technical nerd. Hobbies include golfing, more golfing, fishing and deer hunting.
	Mary Braun She worked part time at Wealthwood's for several years before becoming involved full time in October 2004. Her career spanned a variety of activities including managing order processing for a catalog company, a teaching assistant for alternative learning, computer and graphic arts support, coordinating store openings for a major air bed manufacturer, customer service support, call center support and more. Now, she is responsible for Operations at Wealthwood Gifts. Hobbies include crafts, more crafts and golfing.
	Ginger Donald Ginger joined Wealthwood's in June 2006 as a customer service representative. She brings a variety experiences including retail sales, store management, restaurant services, resort operation, call center operation and more.
